REQUIREMENTS : A Three year Degree/National Diploma in finance (NQF6) or Grade 12 with at least a
minimum of three years on the level of Chief Accounting Clerk. Special requirements
(skills needed) Knowledge of financial Management System (FMS/ BAS/ POL) and
able to draft complex programs. Sound mathematical and problem solving ability.
Thorough knowledge of all expenditure control transaction on FMS. Thorough
knowledge of computer system in the Department of Defence, including MS Word
and Excel and Power Point. Ability to interpret and apply policy. Well developed
verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively function as part of a
team. receptive to work-related suggestion/ideas, decisive/persevering iro task
finalisation. Preferably in possession of valid drivers license.
