REQUIREMENTS : A Three year Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent plus
sufficient experience in HR or Grade12 certificate plus sufficient experience in
Human Resource. Administration knowledge of Persal HR Administration
processes. Computer literacy.(MS Word, Excel, Power Point)Organizing and
communication skills, ability to interpret HR Policies and prescripts and to work
under pressure.

DUTIES : Perform general duties pertaining to Human Resources Administration,
promotion, appointment, transfers, service terminations, leave management,
service benefits and recruitment and selection. Check and ensure that mandate
sent to GSSC are correct captured on time and correctly. Attend to HR related
enquiries, Filling of all HR related documents and assist in the management of
PMDS
