CONDITIONS
Graduates or students must be originally from the Eastern Cape and unemployed; Applicants must have completed and passed their Diploma or Degree OR seeking experiential training in the following fields:

• Electrical Engineering
• Quantity Surveying
• Construction Management
• Architecture
